You can't add your own satellites. The information for the satellites in your country are found on a website that tracks them. As you can see in the image below, you will need to download the satellite files for your country. If a modification or a new satellite was launched into orbit, then the file will have it. You can download the file with the satellites using the link in the image:
The reason for the runaround in downloading GorbTrack is unknown and not specified in the question.
